Purchasing from Boutique Muslimah Online Malaysia (Saqma Boutique).
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
IMPORTANT: Any in store loyalty program or offers are not able to be used or
credited to you when shopping online. From time to time we may have offers
available online. These offers will only be available to online orders &
may not be available in our boutiques.
Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it. Proceed to "checkout" to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions. We will send an email confirming your order has been received. This is an automatically generated email and is not an order confirmation and is NOT an acceptance of your order. We will send a second email confirming your order with successful payment and delivery details.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and SAQMA BOUTIQUE will be finalised when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Malaysia and the language of the contract is International.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
We accept Online Transfer,Debit Card, Visa Card & MasterCard credit cards.The payment will process through IPAY88 channel. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch of your order by SAQMA BOUTIQUE.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to SAQMA BOUTIQUE, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All online and credit card transactions are processed in Malaysia Ringgit (RM@MYR). If purchasing from outside Malaysia, SAQMA BOUTIQUE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding these values, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, title, and non-infringement of the exchange rate . These values are believed to be reliable but we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or correctness. Rounding or software errors may occur on this site. If you have a question regarding the values generated by the currency conversion on this site, please contact your financial institution before placing an order. SAQMA BOUTIQUE shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred in connection with the use of the currency conversion featured on this site.
Delivery charges will be added to your shopping bag during checkout.
Delivery within Malaysia: Flat rate of RM7.00 – RM 10.00 (MYR) will apply to any parcel below than 0.5kg. (additional next 0.5 kg is RM 2.00 – RM 4.00 and maximum weight 5kg)

All parcels are sent using POS Malaysia Pos Laju courier.
Delivery for International orders: Flat rate of RM 15.00 (MYR) Small Packet (Air) will apply to any parcel below than 2kg. Flat rate of RM 40.00 (MYR) Parcel (Air) will apply to any parcel below than 30kg.

All parcels are sent using Pos Malaysia (Air).
International online purchase for delivery outside of Malaysia.
For an overseas customer customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed in the country where your order originated will be the customers responsibility.
Under some circumstances shipping charges for international orders will be based upon the weight of the order / destination and will be determined post transaction via email confirmation. Because of this, please allow 3 to 7 business days to process the transaction.
All orders require a street address and telephone number for delivery.

with your order, please follow our Returns / Exchanges procedure listed.
IMPORTANT: returns & exchanges for purchases made online WILL BE accepted in our SHAH ALAM boutiques. All items must be returned to us in accordance to our Terms & Conditions / Returns & Exchanges procedure.

7 days of delivery of the item/s.
Please include order number & reason for return / exchange. Once you have received a reply email/sms with a Returns Authorization please print a copy of this email and include this in the delivery with your returned item/s. If returning item/s from outside Malaysia you must mark on the parcel ‘RETURN OF GOODS’.
** SALE item **
For SALE or discount code item purchased, we are unable to offer a refund, however, you are welcome to exchange. If the item cannot be exchanged we will issue you a credit code on the value of the accepted item (excluding postage) valid for redemption online only & valid for 6 months from issue date.
** FINAL SALE clearance item **
For FINAL SALE or clearance items purchased, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return item/s will only be accepted if the item/s are received by us in original unused re-saleable condition, original packaging and purchase receipt. All item/s must be in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached. Any item/s which are considered to be worn, damaged or soiled will be returned back to you and we will be unable to refund your money.

Quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will send an email to you with a Returns Reference number. Returns will not be accepted if our returns procedure is not followed. A full refund (including delivery charges), will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error. Please note: You are held responsible for posting the goods back to us. We recommend that you should post item/s via registered post.
Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of Returns Authorization email.

Please follow the above conditions to ensure we can promptly exchange or refund your item/s. We will endeavour to refund you as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 10 working days from receipt of your item/s.
Where a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned merchandise. Postage paid will not be refunded.
Where an exchange is requested and approved we will send out a new item. If the exchange is due to manufacture fault we will pay for delivery of the new item back to you. If the exchange is due to change of mind or incorrect sizing we will advise you of the delivery charge.
